Subject: Spaghetti Bolognese and other changes.

Now the main photo of each recipe is just `recipe.jpg` so that it easier
to access it programatically.
Also added OGP meta tags for pretty previews in Telegram and other apps.

+## Ingredientes
+
+Los ingredientes son para dos porciones adultas grandes:

+* 400g carne de res molida
+* 1 cebolla mediana
+* 200g espagueti
+* 600–800g [salsa de tomate](/es/food/basic-tomato-sauce/)
+* Aceite de oliva
+* Oregano
+* Albahaca; opcionalmente unas cuantas hojas frescas
+* Queso parmesano (opcional)
+
+## Instrucciones
+
+1. Agrega aceite de oliva a una sartén y calienta a fuego medio.
+2. Pica la cebolla y agrégala a la sartén
+3. Ya que la cebolla esté algo dorada, agrega la carne molida y un poco de sal.
+4. Mientras que la carne se cocina, hierve algo de agua en una olla. Ya que esté
+   hirviendo agrega el espagueti y cocina al dente.
+5. Ya que la carne ese lista, agrega la salsa de tomate, un poco de oregano y
+   albahaca secos, mezcla y deja cocinar por unos 3–5 minutos a fuego medio
+   bajo.
+6. Cola el espagueti ya que esté listo y agrégale algo de aceite de oliva.
+7. Sirve primero el espagueti, y luego la salsa boloñesa (la carne con la salsa

+## Ingredients
+
+The following ingredients are for two hearty adult portions:
+
+* 400g ground beef
+* 1 medium onion
+* 200g spaghetti
+* 600–800g [tomato sauce](/food/basic-tomato-sauce/)
+* Olive oil
+* Oregano
+* Basil; optionally some fresh basil leaves
+* Parmesan cheese (optional)
+
+## Instructions
+
+1. Add olive oil to frying pan and heat to medium heat.
+2. Dice onion and add to pan.
+3. After frying the onions for a couple of minutes add the ground beef and salt
+   it a bit.
+4. While beef is cooking boil some water in a pot. After bringing water to a
+   boil, salt it add spaghetti and cook it al dente.
+5. Once beef is done, add tomato sauce, add some dried oregano and basil mix and
+   let stew for about 3–5 minutes at medium-low heat.
+6. Once spaghetti is done, drain it and add some olive oil to it.
+7. Serve spaghetti first, then Bolognese sauce (beef and tomato sauce).
+8. Optionally top with grated Parmesan, freshly ground pepper, and a couple

+## Ингредиенты
+
+Далее ингредиенты для две больших порций:

+* 400г говяжьего фарша
+* 1 средняя луковица
+* 200г спагетти
+* 600–800г [томатного соуса](/ru/food/basic-tomato-sauce/)
+* Оливковое масло
+* Орегано
+* Базилик; по желанию несколько свежих листиков
+* Сыр пармезан (по желанию)
+
+## Инструкции
+
+1. Добавьте оливкового масла в сковородку и разогрейте на среднем огне.
+2. Порежьте лук и добавьте в сковородку.
+3. Как только лук станет золотистым, добавьте фарш и слегка посолите.
+4. Пока фарш жариться, вскипятите воду в кастрюле. Как только вода будет кипеть,
+   добавьте соли и готовьте спагетти до состояния аль денте.
+5. Как только фарш будет готов, добавьте томатный соус, сушенные орегано и
+   базилик и тушите 3–5 минут на средне-низком огне.
+6. Как только спагетти будет готово, добавьте в него немного оливкового масла.
+7. Положите сначала спагетти, затем соус Болоньезе (фарш с томатным соусом).
+8. По желанию добавьте тёртый пармезан, свежее измельчённый перец, и пару свежих
