pulseaudio user configuration files
Added configuration files for pulseaudio to disable the annoying default behaviour of pulseaudio of remembering the previous sink for programs even after changing the outputs, which results in me having to change my output everytime I launch a program that was open in the previous output but that wasn't open when I changed the default sink. The line that changes the default behaviour is: load-module module-stream-restore restore_device=false in file ~/.config/pulse/default.pa
