+Very delicious and easy to prepare potatoes recipe to eat as a side dish or just
+to snack on with a good dip.

+## Ingredients
+
+* Potatoes
+* Garlic Powder
+* Onion Powder
+* Olive oil
+* Salt
+
+All ingredients quantities to taste, more later.
+
+## Instructions
+
+1. Take as many washed potatoes as your appetite desires.
+2. Cut them into wedges. I usually do it by cutting them into eights by cutting
+ them first in half, then the halves in half and so on, until the third level
+ of halves (2^3).
+3. Add them to a bowl, pour a bit of olive oil, add salt, garlic and onion
+ powder to taste. Usually I use enough garlic and onion powder so that a
+ slight layer forms over the wedges.
+4. Stir the potatoes in the bowl thoroughly; if you feel like you might need
+ some more seasoning and some more and stir some more.
+5. Preheat oven to about 230ºC, put the potato wedges on a baking dish or pan
+ and put them in the oven.
+6. Cook for about 30-40 minutes or until the wedges are soft on the inside.
+7. Enjoy!
